From our office in Christian Street Peel turn right and head towards the town. Take the first turning right into Bridge Street and at the end turn right again. Kimberley House is an elegant Victorian house in historic Peel. Overlooking the bay and castle, that has been lovingly restored into holiday apartments.
KITCHENS: All apartments are fully equipped with inclusions including, crockery, glassware, pans, kettles, toasters. All white goods are included. All comply with Registration and grading with the Tourist Board.
BEDROOMS: Every bedroom has had the beds replaced this year and again comply with Tourist Board Regulations. All the bedding has been supplied by Mitre Furnishings and are hotel standard. Two sets per room are included along with towels. Also included are bed throws and accessories.
LAUNDRY: All washing machines and dryers are included including spare towels, cleaning equipment etc. There are also commercial use washing machine and tumble dryer.
FURNITURE: All tables, chairs, sofas, sofa beds, lamps and light fittings are included. Also soft furnishings such as rugs, carpets and curtains. Televisions, free view boxes and cabinets included.
HEATING: The property has gas fired central heating throughout with the exception of the top floors which are heated with electric fires and radiators. The boiler and new Megaflow have just been installed by the gas board. All the heating runs off a central boiler which is controlled by the owner on a time control. Each radiator can be thermostatically controlled by each room/apartment.
